Phase 1 site does not process online firearm checkout. Firearms are purchased in person at either store or via our GunBroker storefront.
Firearm pickup (in store)
Firearms purchased in store, on GunBroker, or arriving via an FFL transfer must be picked up at the store where they were ordered or transferred. Bring a valid Virginia driver's license or state ID for the Form 4473 and NICS check.
FFL transfer — inbound
If you purchased a firearm online, have the seller's FFL ship it to either of our stores. We'll log it in, notify you, and complete the transfer at the counter. Standard transfer fees apply — current rate at each store.
FFL transfer — outbound
If you're shipping a firearm to another FFL (e.g., for warranty work or out-of-state sale), bring it unloaded in a case plus the receiving FFL's copy. We'll handle the logging and packaging.
Non-firearm shipping
Accessories, ammunition (where legal), parts, and cleaning supplies can be shipped on a case-by-case basis. Call either store to discuss. Hazmat restrictions apply to some ammunition and primers.
Out-of-state buyers
Non-Virginia residents generally cannot purchase handguns from a Virginia FFL — the firearm must ship to an FFL in your state for transfer. Long-gun rules vary. Contact us before planning.
