Phase 1 site does not process online sales. Policies below govern in-store and GunBroker purchases.
Firearms — final sale once transferred
Once a firearm has transferred to you via Form 4473, federal law requires it be treated as used. We cannot accept returns on transferred firearms except in cases of verified manufacturer defect or warranty claim.
Defects & warranty
If a firearm has a manufacturer defect, we work with the manufacturer to get it repaired or replaced under warranty. Bring it back to either store — we'll coordinate.
Unopened accessories
Unopened, unused accessories — holsters, magazines, lights, cleaning supplies — may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt. A restocking fee may apply to large items. Ammunition and primers are non-returnable once sold.
Consignment & trade-ins
Consignment pieces follow the consignor's pricing and policies. Trade-in offers are final once paperwork is signed.
GunBroker purchases
Returns on GunBroker auctions follow the return policy posted in each listing. Contact us directly if there's a problem — we'll make it right before you open a GunBroker dispute.
